Coronation Street was the most watched soap on Monday evening, averaging a total of 15.7m viewers in total.
Corrie attracted 7.4m viewers at 7.30pm, as the Surrogacy storyline began in full flow, and 201k watched on ITV1+1 at 8.30pm, 7.6m in total for Corrie's first episode.
2nd installment at 8.30pm, attracted more than 7.8m viewers, as the shock of Owen persuading Chesney not to follow through on the Surrogacy, and 210k on ITV1+1 at 9.30pm. 8.1M in total for Corrie's second episode.
ITV2's morning repeats at 6.30 and 6.55, had as follows.
The ITV2 repeat at 6.30am had a strong 544k viewers, and at 6.55am an average 293k.
ITV2's afternoon repeat at 12.30pm & 1.00pm, was slowly ahead of the Emmerdale repeat at 12 which attracted 997k, Corrie at 12.30pm on the other hand had a strong 1.32m, and at 1.00pm a low 740k.
300k Sky+ Corrie between 11pm yesterday and 12am today.
119k watched Corrie on catch up on Virgin Media between the same times.
At 7.30pm, 22k watched on itv.com/live, and a further 8k at 8.30pm.
Between 11pm yesterday and 12am today,
44k have seen both episodes on ITV Player.
